As soon as regular classes are started each teacher enrolled students and tries to identify students securing distinction marks, higher second class or first class and others. In addition to this, while conducting regular classes they observe students’ behavioral stimuli mapping through sincerity and regularity; and involvement and activeness in their overall performance along with mid-semester evaluations. This data is used for imparting basic and advanced information to the students in their regular classes as well as in the additional classes.
Activities for Slow Learners:
1. All the departments conduct extra classes for the slow learners as well as ATKT students.
2. Such students are also given notes in simple language, e.g. English Dept., to grasp the basic concept.
3. They are provided easy to catch subjective material.
4. Motivational talks are delivered to such students to get them enthusiastic for their active involvement in the co-extracurricular activities.
5. All the required textbooks are provided by the library with minimal charges for each semester.
6. Extra coaching and individual guidance is provided by the subject teachers if needed, after solving question papers of previous university examination.
7. Extra attention is paid to such students whenever they enquire.
Activities for Advanced Learners:
1. These students are motivated to use additional resources like reference books, journals and online platforms.
2. Guest lectures are organized on important topics to have related advanced knowledge.
3. They are supported with additional materials, personal guidance & coaching.
4. Seminars are also organized for the students.
5. Additional classes and mock tests are conducted with a view help them in to become a GST practitioners, tax consultant or to pass competitive exams like NET, SET, Banking, GPSC, UPSC etc.
6. Additional inputs for their better career opportunities are provided.
7. Exposure to seminar on Research Methodology and paper presentation is provided.
8. Subject wise and class wise first five toppers and university rank holders are felicitated on the Annual Day.
9. To enhance leadership and team building qualities in students, they are inspired to become class representatives and to join extension activities.
10. We motivate them to write articles and creative work to be displayed on the college wall magazine ‘N.H .Times Bhint Patra’.
11. To enhance reading and analytical abilities of the students “Book Review” Programs are organized.
12. Advanced UG and PG students are provided proxy lectures to deliver talks on their interested area to strengthen their Interpersonal Communication Skills.
13. We nominate such students to represent the college or department in intra & inter-college competitions.
